Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Crypto transfers cannot be reversed on-chain, but your legal rights against us are not affected.

14-day withdrawal right

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a Catnip purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when the purchase contract is concluded.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to Heiko Trenkle, Rosenthaler Straße 43–45, 10178 Berlin, Germany, email hello@nyxia.ai, before the deadline. Include the account identifier, purchase date, payment asset, amount, and transaction signature so we can locate the payment.

You may use this wording: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of Catnip made on [date], transaction [signature]. Name: [name], date: [date].”

Immediate supply

At checkout, you expressly request that we credit Catnip before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may expire once immediate digital supply begins. We record this consent with the invoice. We nevertheless voluntarily accept withdrawal requests for the unused portion of a purchase made within 14 days, unless misuse or a legal exception applies.

Refund method and timing

Where a refund is due, we process it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving a valid withdrawal notice. We use the same payment asset and destination wallet where technically and legally possible, unless we expressly agree another no-fee method with you. Network fees we incur are not deducted from a statutory refund.

Failed or defective service

If Catnip is not credited after a confirmed payment, or a paid generation fails without an automatic Catnip restoration, contact us. We will investigate and provide the Catnip, restore the spent credits, repeat the service, reduce the price, or refund as required by law. Statutory rights for defective digital products remain unaffected.

Before deleting an account

Request any withdrawal or refund before account deletion. Deletion removes your sign-in identities and remaining service balance; legally required purchase records are retained in pseudonymous form.
